The plan for the next few months. Lead up to a 10K race in February :)
Even though I just ran the marathon, I feel really out of shape so I’m looking forward to being in shape again. Part of me was disappointed to write rest on Christmas day, I’d love a Christmas run but I’m doing a local race on boxing day so rest it shall be.
Any constructive critisism of my plan welcome! I stuck to trength on Monday and Thursday, speedwork on Wednesday and long runs on Sunday most of the time :). ‘Drills’ refers to running form drills.
